Terms and Conditions

1. Website Renewal & Suspension

All websites require annual renewal to maintain domain registration, hosting, and website functionality. Failure to renew on time may result in suspension or permanent removal of your website and domain.

We will send reminder emails before your renewal date. If payment is not received, your website may be taken offline, and your domain could become available for purchase by others.

2. Hosting & Service Availability

While our hosting provider guarantees 99.9% uptime, we cannot be held responsible for any loss of earnings, damages, or liabilities due to website downtime, maintenance, or server outages beyond our control.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments for website setup, hosting, and renewal are non-refundable. Payments must be made before services are rendered or renewed.

4. Website Content & Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all website content, including text, images, and files, comply with UK laws and do not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

5. Security & Maintenance

We provide basic maintenance and security updates. However, we cannot be held responsible for security breaches, hacking attempts, or data loss. Clients are encouraged to keep personal backups of important data.

6. Liability & Indemnity

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or data arising from the use of our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
